 DE Dieses Projekt ist an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Politik und Gesellschaft angesiedelt. Es nimmt weggeworfene Textilien zum Anlass für die Auseinandersetzung mit Produktions- und Konsumweisen. Kleidungsstücke werden im öffentlichen Raum gesammelt, gewaschen und in Prêt-à-porter-Mode und neue modische Outfits umgewandelt. In öffentlichen Aktionen in der Stadt wird dies sichtbar gemacht. STREETWARE ist Denkfabrik, Spielstätte, Werkstatt und vieles mehr zu Themen der Nachhaltigkeit.

EN This is a project at the interface of art, politics, and society. It addresses modes of production and consumption using the example of textiles. Pieces of clothing are collected in public spaces, washed, and transformed into ready-to-wear fashion and stylish new outfits. This principle is highlighted in public activities in urban settings. STREETWARE performs functions such as a think tank, a venue, and a workshop all devoted to aspects of sustainability.
